Our problems persist because we choose them or haven’t the will or the wisdom to change. Please don’t try, ever. Do something because it’s the right thing to do, or don’t do it because you don’t want to or are not ready.

    Sometimes we go through a period when ,we realize later, we are getting ready to change. Researchers have identified a stage previous to that, a kind of “getting ready to get ready” stage. We have to be tender with ourselves.

    On the other hand, sometimes I call on Eleanor Roosevlt who said, “We must do the thing we cannot do.”
    For me, change takes time.
    How about for you?
