David’s Organic delivers healing foods and beverages in New England. It is owned by David L. Kagan. He also supports people seeking better health and results through plant based eating and a more natural and balanced lifestyle, with cooking classes, consultations, lectures, pantry clean outs, and shopping trips.
About David’s Kagan
David’s childhood was difficult due to poor diet and parenting. Therefore, he spent years searching for answers for peace in his body, mind and spirit. As a result, he finds himself sharing about plant-based nutrition, alternative health, fitness, and self help.
David, 56, is married to Carol and father to Ari (25) and Jordana (22), and living in Metrowest outside of Boston. He holds degrees in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon, Business from Columbia. Finally, he has a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell.
David studied Macrobiotics at Kushi Institute, and then completed a Macrobiotic Intensive plus numerous weekend and evening classes at the Strengthening Health Institute. He has attended All Things Organic, National Wellness Week, KI Summer Conferences, and he has spent a lot of time in nature, and experimented in life.
David’s Education
David has worked in engineering, sales, marketing, transportation and natural foods. He has also traveled twice to Japan. He loves technology (Honda, Apple, TOTO toilets, rockets etc.), but also understands everything with a front also has a back. Giant corporations, nuclear power, sugar, chemicals, drugs, and a government seeking more power over people make David nervous.

He has reversed his own medical problems through his knowledge, for instance:
