Of course when you order you will get a larger portion! I must have been trying to calm down my eating. One thing you must understand—The food will be balanced. That is, a boiled grain, cooked veg dish, raw element, and a pickle. Soup and dessert completes the meal.

David learned to cook at age 14 from his father. He then took Macrobiotic cooking classes from Michio Kushi, Warren Kramer, Susan Waxman, and many others at Kripalu, Kushi Institute, and online.
David has cooked more than 5,000 pots of soup. He considers soups and sauces his specialty. Carol, David’s wife, is also a great soup maker. She makes incredible vegetable dishes as well.
