About Grains

Boiled grains are not the same as simple carbs from panko bread crumbs, donuts, spaghetti and the like.

Gluten is a sticky substance that many people are allergic to, with or without pesticides. It is found in wheat, barley, oats and some other grains.

Rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, teff and others are gluten-free.
