Yin and yang are real. Seasons dictate what foods our bodies need to thrive. While we may enjoy rich and heavy and powerful foods in the winter, from stews to root veggies, and maybe some fish, summer should be lighter foods such as bulgur wheat, couscous, long grain rice, barley, some raw and some cooked vegetables and sea vegetables, along with beans, nuts and seeds.
The world has gone mad. Or we are going through a rough patch.
Either way, nobody could blame you if you ate up the whole pantry and refrigerator tonight, whether it’s the snow, Covid, your kids or taxes driving you crazy. No matter, you are here.

Look, I don’t know your issue, but I know Yin and Yang, and the fact is, if you are stressed, you will need de-stressors, and the healthier those are (my hot drinks, better lifestyle habits, etc.), the better your life will be in six months. I’m talking real shit here.
