David’s Diet & Lifestyle Plan

I have tried this before, but the world was not ready, and I was not ready. But we are about a month away from 2020, and this country lacks vision, so here goes…

David’s Diet & Lifestyle Plan is a club you can join, from anywhere in the world, but ideally from Metrowest Boston, so you can take full advantage.

The idea is this:

When you are over 40 years old, you need new ideas to put into your life to make it work better.

Perhaps you are on a couple of medications, for cholesterol, allergies, high blood pressure, asthma etc., or you get frequent colds, flu, back pain etc., or you feel lethargic and your vision and/or hearing are not as good as you would like, or perhaps you are losing your hair or it is turning gray, and you wish there was some way to slow down the aging. THERE IS.

I have studied diet and lifestyle change for 35 years, with masters, such as Michio Kushi, Denny Waxman, Warren Kramer and T. Colin Campbell, read thousands of books by people like Tom Monte and Bernie Siegel and Will Tuttle and Aveline Kushi and Verne Varona and Jessica Porter and Eckhart Tolle.

My own book is due out in late 2020, but I have sold a map, a newsletter, a placemat, and an app all about natural health, even sold advertising for BodyMindSpirit magazine, and done marketing for Men’s Health magazine.

My message is that I know 99 ideas that you can put into practice, and depending on your particular symptoms, experience, location and dreams, I know a lot about how you might adjust your diet and lifestyle by implementing some or all of those ideas in a specific way. Does that sound painful? It is not meant to be. In fact, my feeling is that is should make you giddy to know the answer to something, and consider it done, and enjoy working towards it, at your own pace, in complete control, without a doctor or teacher or parent or boss judging you and getting in your way.

So if you want to join my club, there are several ways to do it…
