You Are What You Eat

We create our health condition one day at a time. As we age, we begin to see that our health habits, and especially those around food, determine our health.

If you are not enjoying more aging, symptoms, sick days, doctor visits, limitations, and the threat of chronic illness or early death, consider taking steps to change how you live, and especially how you eat:

  1. Go Vegan, at least a few days per week
  2. Choose organic, especially for animal foods, greens and fruit
  3. Eliminate table salt, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, etc.
  4. Get off drugs and alcohol, and quit smoking
  5. Eat boiled whole grains such as brown rice, barley, millet, buckwheat
  6. Try sea vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, ume plums, miso soup, etc.
  7. Take a daily nature walk
  8. Stop using perfume, hair color, hair spray, and avoid paint fumes etc.
  9. Put more green plants in your home
  10. Limit your screen time, and avoid microwaves and other radiation
