Here are a few things to try:

  1. Body Rubs Daily
  2. A pickle after each meal (real pickles have no vinegar, colors, sugar)
  3. Boiled brown rice, millet, quinoa or barley (no gluten!)
  4. Steamed or stir-fried veggies with tofu (The Bridge, available at Whole Foods!)
  5. Affirmations, chanting or meditation even five minutes per day
