Getting Back On Track

One of the reasons I love to study change is that it seems to be ever-present in my life. Yesterday I got a new car, last month I got a new job, and next month will be the one-year anniversary of my sister’s passing.

As changes happen, and we grow older, we notice changes in our body also. Sometimes we can heal our issues with diet and lifestyle changes, particularly if we don’t go to the doctor right away, and get a medicine to cover up the changes, or a test with a negative result and a pat on the back that we are “average.”

One idea is to eat “perfectly” for a few days, and take a yoga class, take a day off from work, and meditate, or perhaps get a massage or a chiropractic adjustment. It may take a little more time and funds than a quick trip to the doctor, but it’s often much more effective, and it can show you what’s possible. If you are interested in a one-hour consultation to assist in your healing, please call me today at 508.333.4153. I have lots of ideas, resources, recipes, an iphone app, eBook, and offer cooking classes and corporate lectures. Here’s what some of my clients have said. Enjoy the ride!!
