High Season For Avocado

Do you love Avocados like I do?

Now is the time to eat them. My favorite ways to eat them:

  1. In salad dressing (we have avocado oil also)
  2. On toast with salt n pepper or cumin
  3. With blanched kale and sesame salt
  4. Guacamole!
  5. On a sandwich with tempeh or mushrooms, etc.
  6. On cucumber slices or w/ seaweed snacks
  7. In sushi
  8. Right out of the skin with seaweed shake!
  9. In soy ice cream (Fo Mu)
  10. What’s your favorite recipe?
