Easing Bipolar Disorder With Nature

Life has its ups and downs, but for you, the roller coaster is a daily occurrence, and hardly ever as enjoyable as a visit to the amusement park. Unfortunately, medicine is rarely a good answer.

Like most diseases, Bipolar Disorder is nothing more than your body’s reaction to poor diet and lifestyle choices. When you eat regular, whole, balanced, plant-based meals, and get enough sleep, exercise and body care, you will NEVER experience the ups and downs of B.D., because you will be experiencing good health instead.

So what can you do? You need support to make any changes in life, and you may need to back away from any large commitments, such as school, work, relationships, etc. while you improve your diet and lifestyle habits. But what are those changes?
