How Much Nature Do You Want?

Maybe you love life in 2013.

Are you fully enjoying your smart phone, automobile, warmed and cooled home, vacations via air travel, phude, medications, etc.?

Is there any suffering that may be related to these?

Some examples of this suffering may include:

  • Lack of satisfaction
  • Financial Problems
  • Depression
  • Chronic Illness
  • Intuition that your life is not complete

Solving these problems is not difficult, and it’s actually a lot of fun.

Start here…

  1. Cook a pot of brown rice twice per week and eat some every day, chewing well
  2. Eliminate eggs, chicken, beef and milk from your diet
  3. Go outside more often, and take long nature walks in wooded areas
  4. Have more houseplants in your home
  5. Turn off your television and computer and smartphone occasionally
  6. Avoid news and arguments, and read books on natural healing, macrobiotics, feng shui, peace, etc.
  7. Take up yoga, tai chi, meditation, or other relaxation techniques
  8. Eat organic foods and avoid GMO foods, nightshade vegetables and tropical foods (in North America)
  9. Shop at family-run and small businesses, versus chains
  10. Use a chiropractor, naturopath or other alternative practitioner vs. doctors who cover symptoms
