1. Go to sleep tonight and every night by 11 and wake up by 7

2. Take a :20 nap before 5pm

3. Do a body rub before your next shower

4. Give yourself an ear or head or foot massage 

5. Rub your palms together and put them on your closed eyes for a liver bath

6. Lemon water and vitamins A,B12, C,D,E and Endocrine Support

7. Take a nature walk and lie down on the grass or pine needles
