Duh! Dairy Is Dangerous!

For those people who need the scientific facts, the word has come in: Overall, children who drank the 2% milk showed lower BMI scores than those drinking the 1% milk. 

What this means is that skim milk is actually worse for us than whole milk, at least in terms of weight gain. And by the way, milk is actually a rather lousy source of calcium, as we cannot absorb most of the calcium in it. It also comes with tons of pathogens and hormones that do damage such as early puberty and breast cancer.

Now, the reason why (so obvious!): there is more animal protein in skim milk, ounce for ounce, and because it has fewer calories, people may either want to drink more, or think they can drink more.

Animal protein is the greatest threat to human health. That means low-fat foods such as chicken breast and eggs and steak are garbage foods. Perhaps that is why vegans are the the healthiest people on the planet.

Wake up America!! If we all became vegans tomorrow, not only would the healthcare crisis be abated within two years, but we’d also have no more energy crisis, and environmental crisis. Are you paying attention?
