  1. Filter your drinking water for impurities and fluoride, and your shower water for chlorine
  2. Use a hot water bottle for your tummy before bed, and enjoy the steam from the dishwasher
  3. Have lemon-water or cider vinegar upon rising
  4. Drink spring water upon rising, and before and after meals, but not during meals
  5. Do a daily body rub, with a white cloth and hot water, before your daily shower
  6. Take a nature walk every morning, and lie down on the grass or pine needles
  7. Avoid animal foods as much as possible, especially chicken, beef, pork and cheese/milk.

What I Ate Today

Today my wife and I cooked all three meals. We like to do this on the weekends when we can, to strengthen our health, and save money.

Breakfast:

  • Brown Rice W/ Wheat Berries
  • Sautéed Collards & Cauliflower
  • Pickle

Lunch:

  • Salmon Salad In Whole Wheat Pita
  • Kinpira (long sautéed burdock, carrots, lotus root)
  • Potato Chips

Snacks:

  • Blueberry Muffin
  • Sweet Vegetable Drink
  • Cashews
  • A few sips of Beer
  • Frozen yogurt

Dinner:

  • Miso Soup With Black Noodles
  • Aduki Beans w/ Squash & Kombu
  • Homemade Wontons w/ Veggie Filling In Soy Sauce
  • Steamed Radish Greens
  • Umeboshi Plum
